6. Delays and Availability

While we make every reasonable effort to complete projects within agreed timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Material shortages
  • Supplier delays
  • Municipal approvals or inspections
  • Utility interruptions
  • Labour disruptions
  • Force majeure events

Estimated completion dates should not be regarded as guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Workmanship and Warranties

JBB Construction takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Any workmanship warranty applies only to work performed by JBB Construction and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties
  • Materials supplied by the client
  • Damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable South African law.
